Grievances Management System

This is CREATES grievance  Management System in case you have a grievance (a complaint, issue, concern, problem, claim or misconduct such as fraud – whether it is perceived or actual) please use this system to report. However, only grievances relating to CREATES services, procedures and operations will be addressed.

CREATES will ensure all the information provided remain confidential and will be used to improve Centre performance.

Grievance Procedures

  • Anyone may use the online form to submit a grievance.
  • CREATES will investigate the grievance and will provide feedback and find a solution to the grievance.
  • If the submitter of the grievance is not satisfied with the outcome of the process, he/she may appeal the decision. CREATES then will appoint an Appeal Panel that will investigate the appeal and tries to find a solution to the appeal.
  • A person can also submit grievances through Centre email or directly call through the number provided in this website.
