The 10th NM-AIST graduation was held on 29 August 2024. Among the 92 graduates, we witnessed CREATES-FNS’s six very last cohorts completing their Sustainable Agriculture, Food Nutrition, and Human Health studies. We congratulate the graduates and encourage the remaining 6 MSC and PhD CREATES-FNS sponsored students to finish their studies.
The NM-AIST through CREATES-FNS conducted the Stakeholders Insight validation workshop on 14th March 2023. The activity is under UNDP Funguo funding aimed at validating the existing bottlenecks for Innovations and Technology Transfer and Commercialization at Higher Learning and Research and Development Institutions in Tanzania.
CREATES-FNS Participated in the 12th Academic-Public-Private-Partnership Forum (APPPF) organized by IUCEA in Dar es Salaam from 15th -17th March 2023. CREATES-FNS showcased the innovations and products under DDI-Incubation Centre with a view of attracting further investment for sustainable Development
CREATES-FNS through the O.R. Tambo Africa Research Chair made a courtesy visit to Ifakara Health Institute (IHI) and National Institute for Medical Research (NIMR) to explore further areas of collaboration in the fight against Malaria. The strategic alignment pledges to work together in capitalizing on the existing efforts to combat Malaria in Africa.
