The 10th NM-AIST graduation was held on 29 August 2024. Among the 92 graduates, we witnessed CREATES-FNS’s six very last cohorts completing their Sustainable Agriculture, Food Nutrition, and Human Health studies. We congratulate the graduates and encourage the remaining 6 MSC and PhD CREATES-FNS sponsored students to finish their studies.    

The Center Leader of CREATES-FNS, in conjunction with a Postdoctoral Fellow specializing in drug design and discovery, recently participated in a scientific exchange program with the esteemed International Centre for Theoretical Physics (ICTP) in Trieste, Italy. The primary objective of this exchange was to facilitate a deeper understanding and exploration of potential collaborative avenues.

The NM-AIST through CREATES-FNS conducted the Stakeholders Insight validation workshop on 14th March 2023.  The activity is under UNDP Funguo funding aimed at validating the existing bottlenecks for Innovations and Technology Transfer and Commercialization at Higher Learning and Research and Development Institutions in Tanzania.
