Biography
Ms. Balbina Tenga joined the CREATES on 1st June, 2017. Before joining the CREATES Balbina worked as Human Resource Administrative Officer with the Centre for Social Research (CSR). Before joining CSR Balbina served Dar Urban Investments (DUI) under the same position. Miss Balbina also worked for Independent Power Tanzania Limited Subsidiary of Pan African Power Solutions T. Limited (IPTL) as an Assistant Human Resource Manager. Balbina holds a Bachelor degree of Art in Political Science and Public Administration from University of Dar es salaam. She is specialized in Project administration and Humans Resource Management.
